Partner Operations
DEX is built as a single web interface so that work can be tracked and trusted regardless of where a partner is physically based — a freelancer's laptop and a large enterprise delivery team are accountable in exactly the same way.
The DEX Time Sheet
Implementation partners are required to use the DEX Time Sheet for every project. This is not optional for new implementation partners.
To start work on a project, an implementation partner must:
- Download and install the DEX Time Sheet app.
- Add the project they're working on.
- Complete facial verification (biometric check-in).
- Sign in using a QR code.
- Confirm geolocation.
Only after these steps can logged hours count, and payment of the implementation commission is contingent on time sheet compliance.
Existing, already-onboarded delivery staff are not retroactively forced onto this process — but it is mandatory for new implementation partners going forward.
Payment mechanics
- Payment is delivery-upon-payment: there is no advance, no down payment, and no salary structure (weekly or monthly).
- Commission is released once the project is in production and the client has paid — typically net-30 from that point.
- All commission splits (where multiple partners share a role) are recorded against the project in the partner CRM before payment is processed.
The DEX Project Sandbox
Partners — particularly implementation partners — get hands-on access to a DEX sandbox to build and test, separate from a live client environment. This is where partners are certified and where new project work begins before promotion to a client-facing build.
Company-level setup (for partner organizations)
If you're onboarding as a company rather than an individual:
- Register your company in the partner CRM.
- Add your employees as users.
- Each employee completes self-registration, including their QR code and biometric setup.
- Employees check in/out per project through the DEX Time Sheet exactly as an individual partner would.
