Commission & Economics
This page is the transparent breakdown of where every dollar of a DEX project goes. There's nothing hidden in the model — every partner can see exactly how the full value of a project is split.
The full distribution (project = 100%)
| Allocation | Share | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| Referral / business development | 8–10% | Referral partner(s) |
| Collaborative role | 14% | Collaborative partner(s) |
| Implementation role | 20% | Implementation partner(s) |
| LLM tokens | 20% | Platform compute cost |
| DEX platform fee | 20% | Platform licensing |
| Colakin | ~14–16% | Colakin Pty Ltd |
Partner-facing commission totals up to 42% (8–10% + 14% + 20%) of project value when one or more partners cover all three roles.
Worked example: a $100,000 project, one partner doing everything
| Role | Commission | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Referral | 8% | $8,000 |
| Collaborative | 14% | $14,000 |
| Implementation | 20% | $20,000 |
| Partner total | 42% | $42,000 |
| LLM tokens | 20% | $20,000 |
| Platform fee | 20% | $20,000 |
| Colakin | 18% | $18,000 |
Each partner is paid independently against the same project; the roles don't need to be held by the same person or company.
When a referral partner refers another partner instead of a client
If a referral partner introduces another company into the network — rather than bringing a client directly — they earn 2% (instead of 8%) on projects that company brings in.
Worked example: Santhosh introduces ABC Consulting as a new partner. ABC Consulting later closes an $800,000 manufacturing project as the referral partner (earning 8% = $64,000). Santhosh, as the partner who introduced ABC Consulting, earns 2% = $16,000 on that same project.
Payment terms
- No advance payments. No down payment, no monthly or weekly salary structure.
- Cash on delivery, effectively. Commission is paid once the project reaches production and the client has paid.
- Net-30. Payment is made within 30 days of production go-live and client payment.
Contract term
All commission agreements (referral, collaborative, and implementation) run for up to 3 years, subject to the specific contract signed, and cover every project delivered under that agreement — not just a single deal.
