Welcome. This section is the canonical reference for anyone joining the DEX Partners Program — whether you're bringing us a client, acting as the subject‑matter expert on a project, or building and delivering the software yourself.

The three questions, answered in one breath

WhatDEX is a single, agentic platform where every role in a software team — product owner, architect, engineers, QA, SRE, security, support — works on one shared system to run the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): design → plan → develop → build → test → deploy → monitor.
WhyLLMs are now capable enough that most of this lifecycle doesn't need to be done by hand. DEX lets a small human team direct a much larger team of AI agents — roughly 20% human, 80% agentic — instead of hiring a full delivery team for every project.
HowYou describe the problem and the solution in plain English. DEX turns that spec into working software. Partners bring the clients, the domain expertise, and the delivery oversight; DEX and Colakin handle the platform.

Why a partner program, not a sales team

Colakin isn't trying to grow by hiring a large internal sales force and chasing one customer at a time. That's the traditional model, and it doesn't scale. Instead, DEX grows through a network of partners — individuals and companies who already have relationships, domain credibility, or delivery capability — who take the product to market under their own name or alongside Colakin's.

Direct sales still exist, but they stay a small share of total volume (roughly 20–30%) until at least 2027–2028. The partner network is the primary growth engine.

The three partner roles, at a glance

DEX work is split into three roles. One partner can hold all three, or different partners can each take one — the commission simply adds up.
